Our client is a major module manufacturer looking for a Senior Operations Manager for India and Middle East. Strong commercial experience and engineering/technical background.
Main responsibilities
1. Planning and Programming
— Execute of Preparation for Organization's annual, quarterly, monthly business plan and organize the implementation.
— Audit underling the work plan and supervise, examine the implementation status.
2. Acquisition / Sales & Marketing of EPC project
— Establish acquisition process of EPC project incl. tender / negotiation activities
— Establish Sales & marketing strategy with necessary tools / document jointly with corporate marketing team.
3. Responsibility
— Take charge of negotiator, as the company's representatives commutate with customer before, during and after the project implementation. Implement KAM system and lead total customer relationship management.
— Develop consulting sales plans and business objectives, and implementation. Establish company advantages in delivery, project implementation, service and project management.
— Review the project contract, develop or prepare the tender documents of engineering system project and tender work.
— Supervision of payment withdraws from customers.
— Responsible for performance of inspection, cost statistics and so on, for subordinates to conduct operational guidance and performance evaluation.
— Communicate and coordinate relationship between the relevant departments within the company.
4. Subordinate management
— Collocate and assign work and responsibilities. Guidance, supervision, inspection, assessment and feedback to the directly subordinate.
— Selection, training and development of directly subordinate1.
5. Familiar with PV structure, performance, mechanism and applications. Good general understanding of key PV related technologies.
6. Creative and abstract thinking, able to translate customers’ raw ideas into product features.
7. Self-motivate, passionate, analytical, doer and problem-solver
8. Good project management skills and negotiation skills
9. Excellent English, proficiency in German, Italian and French strong advantage.
Job qualifications
Bachelor degree or above - Engineering graduate (mech. / electrical / civil ) solar
engineering is preferred.
5 years procurement implementation or customer service related work experience.
More than 3 years working experience in the domestic manager or executive
professional, integrity, honesty, rigorous, practical.
Has strong capabilities of learning, innovation, organization, coordination,
comprehensive analysis and information-gathering.
Familiar with the use of office software excellent English language skills (speaking/writing).
