Position Type: Full-time

Assignment: work with R&D team and perform wet bench processes

Background requirements:
• 3 years minimum experience working in R&D or high volume manufacturing facility
• Solar or semiconductor experience a requirement
• Familiarity with wet processing systems; batch immersion preferred
• Familiarity with supporting metrology; titration, microscope, reflectometer, ellipsometer
• Familiarity with chemicals processing and associated safety

Other areas:
• Knowledge of SPC and DOE
• Knowledge of writing and implementing specifications
• Knowledge of wet processing hardware
• Ability to self direct and troubleshoot problems - both hardware an
