Description

 

 

Responsibilities

• Ensures staffing and training to the level of required by the business situation
• Negotiates/positions and is accountable for JDA, alpha , B-sites ect
• Reviews / approves CIP projects
• Ensures that the business processes are followed and executed ( Iso procedure owner)
• Is the most senior technologist in the escalation path of the account structure
• Performs product and project presentations in coordination with sales and management
• Performs financial assessments on the group.
• Reports on the operational aspects on a regularly basis
• Is the official feedback channel to product divisions on field requirements / technology trends and customer roadmaps.
• Performs with sales on a regularly basis competitive analysis
• Develops tailor-made "Technology services"
• Manages and direct the activities of direct reports: reviews, objective, IDP's, safeguard health & safety

 

Job Specific Knowledge

• Fluent in English, process and integration understanding, financials, management tools (i.e. MGLI, MGLE, PMW, compensation essentials)

Education

• 7+ years experience in process engineering with industry and master degree in a technical discipline or
• 8+ years experience in process engineering with industry and graduate degree in a technical discipline
• At least 2 years of AMAT experience and demonstrated Project and People management capabilities
• Preferably working experience abroad and experience with multiple customers/facilities/technological areas.
