1)  initiate, evaluate, execute and manage the external technical engagements in China

2)  be able to work with internal functional groups to identify the area of interests, facilitate internal approval process and effectively work with external universities and institutes to establish and manage the joint research programs.  

 

1) In-depth knowledge of working principals of the process and characterization methods used in solar cell fabrication. 

2) Expertise in one or more of the areas: process integration/yield, PV physics or device modeling/simulation, metrology & characterization and reliability.

3) Strong project management capability and communication skills

4) Eight-plus years of working experience in solar or IC fields .

5) PhD in PV Physics or Semiconductor or Materials or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

6) Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
