Supply Chain Support Manager, Electronic Materials
 
Electronic Materials is an early stage business with major growth potential for both Sun Chemical and the DIC group. New product categories are being commercialized at customers outside of Sun Chemicals traditional customer base in North America, Europe and Asia. Working closely with the commercial and technical teams the Technical Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for setting up the business processes and systems required during the commercialization of new products.
 
Specifically the Supply Chain Support Manager will:
 
·        Work with the Global Product Manager and commercial team to develop the supply chain for new products being introduced in the electronics industry, including:
o       Ensuring that the necessary business and support systems are mapped, identified and implemented
o       Working with the technical and operations teams to procure supply of materials used in the manufacture of new products in line with agreed cost targets
o       Setting up new products in SAP
o       Invoicing
 
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following key skills and competencies:
 
·        Minimum of eight years supply chain / logistics experience dealing directly with global suppliers and customers in a B2B environment within the chemical / materials industry
·        Proficient with all aspects of SAP from product setup to customer invoicing
·        Experience with contracts and negotiation
·        Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills
·        Excellent interpersonal skills
·        Excellent written and oral communication skills
·        Motivated self-starter personality
·        Bachelors degree
