Location: UK (South) TwentyNinety is looking for an Electronics Specialist to support and develop Active Array™, a ground breaking wireless technology for management and control of photovoltaic installations. The role of Active Array™ Technology Specialist is to ensure effective implementation and development of the technology. This is a pivotal and varied role that will enable Active Array™ to be delivered to TwentyNinety customers in a highly professional manner which maintains and enhances the product and company reputation. He/she will be responsible for the complete technology project lifecycle from product design and pre-sales through to implementation and post-implementation support. |
| KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: |

He/She will report to the Managing Director and CTO and will perform the following tasks: · Provide technical support to key customers across Europe on Active Array™ technology · Support the sales process with broad knowledge of electronics design, wireless communications and specialised knowledge of the Active Array™ product · Coordinate with Sales to engage and support accounts across Europe and worldwide · Understand customers needs and co-ordinate timely and appropriate technical responses · Create technical presentations and effectively communicate these to customers · Work with customers to integrate the technology appropriately · Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to customers and feed back solutions through the design process · Interface with clients manufacturing, design, support and marketing teams and with any third party suppliers · Manage the design and development process with third party suppliers · Responsible for adoption of all generic and industry specific quality standards throughout the supply chain · Deal with customers on a daily basis to solve their problem calls and work on new developments |
| QUALIFICATIONS: |
|
The successful candidate will have: · A BSc. or Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related subject · At least 3 year experience in a design or design support position · Excellent communication and technology project management skills The optimal candidate will also have: · An understanding of Wireless protocols and monitoring technologies · Experience of working in a front line sales support role · An interest in and an understanding of the world of renewable technologies |
