Position: Program Manager Process Transfer

Job Description:

· Program Manage the Technology and Process Transfer from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

· Maintain the overall Project Schedule for the transfer

· As the single point of contact the candidate will interface with the OEM and coordinate the activities of various functional groups of the company during project transfer

Skills Required:

· Possesses strong team building and uses business and technical expertise to develop collaborative solutions. Proven team leadership and people development skills are highly desirable.

· Requires excellent communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) of both technical and non-technical issues

· Capable of influencing internal decision makers to make decisions aligned with strategies and objectives benefiting the entire organization

· Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technology and high volume manufacturing are required

· Demonstrated record of decision making on complex programs, conflict resolution, leadership across organizations and maintaining deadlines.

· Prior experience in program management is a must.

Education and Experience Required:

· A MS with more than 10 years of industrial experience in semiconductor process technology and high volume manufacturing is required. PhD is desirable.

· Prior group/organizational management experience is required.

· Experience in managing programs and projects that are cross-functional and global in nature

· Experience in solar/PV supply base is desired.

KSK Surya Photovoltaic Pvt Ltd, Headquartered in Hyderabad, India, plans to install two Applied Materials SunFab Thin Film Lines, totaling approximately 150MW output capacity. The SunFab lines will be installed in a state-of-the-art facility, including an R&D center, which KSK Surya plans to build in Fab City . located in Hyderabad. When completed, the annual capacity will make KSK Surya the largest solar photovoltaic (PV) factory in India. Using Applied Materials advanced tandem junction technology, each 5.7m2 SunFab panel will have a power output greater than 500Wp.
