Description
Responsibilities
- Directs the activities of a manufacturing unit, enabling unit to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.
- Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. Ensures adherence to schedules.
- Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing unit.
- Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
- To survey, to bid and to transfer new module business to AMT.
- Performs other duties as need.
Job Specific Knowledge
Qualifications
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in project management and group leadership.
- Good negotiation skills.
Education
- Bachelor level degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent.
- 9+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years supervisory / management experience.
