The incumbent is responsible for defining market and commercial strategies for new and
existing solar products in our Electronic Materials business unit located in northern
New Jersey. This includes achieving overall growth and profitability - including year- over-
year gross margin growth.
The incumbent is expected to achieve results through aggressive best - in - class marketing
approaches. As such, s/he develops and executes both tactical and strategic programs for
assigned product lines. This includes managing products from development through retirement
(entire product life cycle). The role requires a leader that can work cross - functionally to realize both financial targets and goals for customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 8 years proven experience in Product Management with 5 years of those years
working with solar products.
- Minimum of BS degree in Business or Marketing; Advanced degree and/ or MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial acumen / proven commercial savvy.
- Strong organizing and planning skills.
- Prior Product Management (Brand) experience with solar products in a b2b environment.
