In order to continue our expansion strategy in the photovoltaic industry, we are searching for a suitably experienced candidate to fill the following position within our corporate technology support group:

 
Global Technology Manager – Photovoltaics -

 

 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of inter-regional business development activities.
  • Provide business development support to each region, including technology roadshows.
  • Conduct market research activities and supply consolidated reports to each business unit.
  • Define and coordinate participation at important conferences, symposia and exhibitions.
  • Participate in industry-specific consortia such as technology and standards committees.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the company.
  • Define and supervise execution of internal technology development projects.
  • Supervision of internal knowledge transfer, including technology reports, project benchmarking data and lectures.
 

Requirements:
  • Completed studies in physics or chemistry.
  • At least 5 years of appropriate professional experience in the Photovoltaic Industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process technology gained within the PV industry and/or at international R&D institutes
  • Active member of relevant forums and committees.
  • Fluent in English and German in both spoken as well as written form.
  • High communication skills and theability to work within international teams.
  • Preparedness to travel.
