COMPANY PROFILE
HelioSphera is a high profile manufacturing company of thin-film photovoltaic modules in Greece.
THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Sales VP, the incumbent will be responsible for the sales and business development activity of the company in Greece. The executive will have ultimate responsibility for selling photovoltaics and executing business to business proactive outreach, to key contacts in targeted accounts within Greece to generate awareness and interest in our product.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
· Awareness and understanding of the PV Greek market and the attributes of each segment.
· Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to prospective customers
· Together with the rest of the team, develop and manage annual business plans identifying key activities, priorities and risks.
· Maintain and add information to our company’s CRM database of suspects and prospects
· Follow all corporate and department policies and procedures
· Any other specialist projects as agreed with the Sales VP to support the business requirements of the organization
CANDIDATE PROFILE
· University Degree.
· A MBA will be seriously considered
· At least 10 years relevant experience with proven successful track record of achieving revenue goals. Experience on solar or other renewable energy sources will be appreciated.
· Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
· Strategy development and implementation
· Relationship management and interpersonal skill
· Fluency in the English language
· PC literacy
· Organizational skills
