Responsibilities
-
Perform Fab Consulting for Solar Fab customers including fab assessments and deep rooted problem solving in the areas of Fab Productivity and Factory Systems
-
Interfaces directly with the Fab Director/Operations VP executives to develop holistic solutions that enhance solar fab productivity and yield
-
Partners with the executive leadership in AGS to develop competitive solar service products and solutions
-
Support integrated service/product strategies that fulfill customer needs
-
Provide high level "voice of the customer" feedback to influence product development roadmaps
-
Coordinate subject matter experts as necessary to support customer engagements
-
Dual reporting into Head of Fab Consulting and Head of Solar Segment Solutions Group

| Qualifications |
|
Skills
-
15+ years of high volume crystalline solar fab management and engineering management experience
-
Direct fab consulting experience is a plus
-
Technical/process background in the high volume manufacturing of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells
-
Candidates with direct knowledge of lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, factory systems, yield enhancement, and advanced process control are preferred
-
Strong executive management interaction and program management skills required
-
Must be able to function well in a highly matrixed organization
-
Highly accountable and results oriented style
Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science with a preference for advanced degree candidates
