GCL-Silicon are one of the world’s leading solar companies and are seeking General Manager, US/Europe, Sales and Marketing

 

The positions will be based in the US and Germany

 

Job Description:

The senior management professionals will

-          Manage existing and develop new account relationships

-          Lead marketing efforts, including building and maintaining of our brand, in the region

-          Work closely with supporting resources: marketing, training and customer support

-          Formulate and execute the company’s sales & marketing strategies and targets in the region in conjunction with our head office in China

-          Be responsible for achieving revenue generation targets of the region

-          Build and manage teams of sales and marketing professionals

 

Requirements:

-          Bachelor degree from a leading academic institution required

-          Over 7 years of sales and marketing experience in relevant industries with a proven track record of success

-          In-depth knowledge in solar and strong relationships with key solar industry players in the US/Europe

-          Ability to think strategically and plan

-          Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

-          Fluency in English is essential, any European language skills is preferable (for the Europe GM) but not a must

-          Frequent travel to clients’ locations required
