Basic Job Functions:


Responsible for the improving the module recycling program for extracting reusable materials and materials for disposal. Responsible for developing next generation recycling technologies and improving existing module production process to improve compatibility with module recycling.


 


Experience

  • 5-10 years in Chemical Engineering a Chemistry field or related discipline. Experience in product or process development. Experience with environmental testing procedures.


Education:

 

  • PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines.

  • Proven environmental engineering & safety skills in manufacturing environment.

 

  • Proven computer skills.

 

  • Proven problem solving skills

 

  • Proven communication skills.

 

  • Proven chemical handling experience

Essential Functions & Responsibilitie

 

  • Responsible for improving the processing of PV modules for extracting reusable materials and materials for disposal.

 

  • Responsible for developing the next generation technologies to improve module recycling.

 

  • Responsible for optimizing module design / components to improve compatibility with module recycling and environmental impact.

 

  • Responsible for maintaining and operations of testing lab,

 

  • Provides direction to Development Engineers and Technicians.

 

  • Inform management of new regulatory updates.

 

  • Interfaces with other Company and Supplier personnel.

 

  • Responsible for maintenance of appropriate department compliance files.

 

  • Responsible for effective communications levels and fosters team building.

 

  • Responsible for adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.

 

  • Evaluating interlayer materials
