Position Summary
- Perform related tasks under general supervision.
- Engage in the process start-up & warranty support.
- Pressure of Making Decision: little or no pressure to make rapid decisions.
- Work flow is normal.
- Task assignments are related.
- Interruptions and distractions are minimal or of little consequence.
- Innovation & Initiative: Some originating and planning of work required.
- Tasks follow general standards or procedures.
- General supervision available if needed, but worker is expected to work out problems for the specific area under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues including to provide pro-active support to improve the overall system performance, to provide emergency support for systems down as required, to provide process optimization and development for the customers.
- Perform Tier II and/or Tier III process qualification on assigned projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off.
- Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers.
- Coordinate customer presentation through Account and Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job.
- 1~3 years experience of the relevant job field required.
- Relatively moderate professional skill required.
