Responsibilities
- Ensure system performance and customer satisfaction within assigned site.
- Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems.
- Tier I, II capability and Tier I >1 tool type.
- Handle complex troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate technology ability to represent dedicated site team, handle product weekly review with customer, effectively communicate and convince customer from engineer up to section level technically.
- Certified HW of multiple tool type.
- Tier II certification.
- Responsible for AGS business promotion.
- Attend CaRm review for product hardware.
- Help managers to develop and certify junior CE in account, be able to deliver.
- TTC training to internal team and customers.
- Review TSL, responsible for new parts, technical promotion and qualification.
- Ensure product safety/quality issues as well as timely reporting and escalation.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- College degree or equivalent
- More than 6 years of relevant working experience or 4 year direct experience in Semiconductor industry
- Presentation & communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Instructing ability
- Project management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good command of English
