Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issue.
• Perform Tier III process qualification on assigned projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off.
• Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers.
• Co-ordinate customer presentation through Account and Management.

Required Education & Experience

• BS or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in the relevant job field
• Moderate professional skills
• Creation of KM/TKM with innovation

Required Performance Skills

• Customer service
• Teamwork
• Communication skill

Required Tech/Job Skills

• Engineering knowledge; process knowledge
• Able to initiate and sustain a general English conversation
