Responsibilities

• Tool Performance: Maintain business cycle changes in output levels and implication for spares, determines inventory levels at all stages of fab life cycle, review and maintain standard stocking levels, manage inventory level, zero bins and below mins, ensure wait part kept to
• Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain good communications with customer in Manufacturing, Materials/Logistics, internal AMAT support groups like CPSS; Manage short term requests for information on part availability/ECO (Engineering change orders) changes; manage customer relations, providing information on inventory management processes as required, ensure inputs from process/project engineers are sought
• Finance Performance: Ensure that on-hand inventory investment is the lowest possible compatible with the needs of the fab
• Process Development/Improvement: Identify gaps in inventory management process, suggest improvements/Solutions, improve and adapt spares planning process
• Safety: Ensure that employees comply with all H&S policies and participate in all safety-related training programs
• Administration: Ensure that all required reports and metrics are completed to deadlines

Required Knowledge and Education

• Technical university degree
• 5 -8 years directly related experience
• At least 1 year supervisory experience
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Ability to deal with sensitive customers issues, or dealing with difficult situations
• Willingness to frequent business travel
