Responsibilities

• Interface between development and production
• Execution of client, cost optimization and product improvement projects within all relevant guidelines
• Implementation and compliance with quality management policies
• Instruction of internal and external employees for support of manufacturing engineering
• Responsibility for quality and service reports
• Responsibility for testing of tools and systems until release
• Compliant with internal workflows and processes
• Internal and external meetings with customers and suppliers for technical support
• Analysis of risks in the offer phase of customer orders
• Advising and supporting of other departments like sales, operations, R&D
• Support of the development of new machines/facilities
• Participation in feasibility studies
• Support of designing and administrating of process cycles/work flows (job instructions, standards, guidelines for SAP, CAD)

Required Knowledge & Education

• Technical university degree or similar (or adequate knowledge and experience)
• Several years experience in designing/construction
• Familiar with specific AMAT-technologies
• Good team player
• IT knowledge  MS-Office, SAP, CAD
• Experience in planning and execution of complex projects
• Flexibility and sensitivity in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
• Familiar with vacuum technology
• Willingness to business travels - worldwide
