Solar Operations Manager
Applied Materials

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and manages all operation finances, manpower in supporting the installed base business (operational KPIs)
• Manages installed base tools installations (timeline and finance)
• Manages installed base tools warranty within the allocated reserves cost (resolves and escalates any tool down\' situations)
• Ensures appropriate safety practices among the FSEs and PSEs
• Resource allocation, development and recruitment
• Manages contract workforce
• Overall customers satisfacton in terms of field support
• Identify and pursue service agreement business in conjunction with Sales
• Manage Service contracts in terms of execution, profitability, enhancements and cost reduction programs

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or Science in Technical Discipline (e.g. Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Chemistry)
• At least 7-8 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of semi-conductor business and markets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Results-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation
• Ability to lead
• Independent and team player
