Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues
- Perform Tier III process qualification on assigned projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off
- Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers
- Co-ordinate customer presentation through Account and Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge & Education
- BS or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in the relevant job field required
- Moderate professional skills required
- Creation of KM/TKM with innovation

- Customer Service
