Process Support Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues
• Perform Tier III process qualification on assigned projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off
• Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers
• Co-ordinate customer presentation through Account and Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge & Education

• BS or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in the relevant job field required
• Moderate professional skills required
• Creation of KM/TKM with innovation
