Responsibilities:

  • Drive market share growth for Region Solar Business.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Applied Materials products within Customer Account.
  • Drive product seletion process and adoption for R&D, production and Capital Equipment selections.
    Deliver P&L responsibility for Region Solar Business.
  • Collaboration with SBG on product development and enhancement to meet customer needs and to minimise competitor market share.
  • Manages and deliver direct strategic marketing, product marketing , communication and customer satisfaction processess.
  • Participates with other senior executives in developing strategic plans.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Degree in Engineering or Science in Technical Discipline (e.g. Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Chemistry).
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Executive relationships and knowledge of customer business.
  • Experience in product groups, sales and marketing.
  • Solid business and financial management applications.
  • Track record with large, key strategic customers.
  • Excellent change management and people development track record.
  • Global, multi-country accountability and track record.
  • Knowledge of semi-conductor business and markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self driven and ability to lead.
  • Independent and team player.
