Solar Operations Manager
Applied Materials

Responsibilities:

• Forecasts and manages all operation finances, manpower in supporting the installed base business (operational KPIs).
• Manages installed base tools installations (timeline and finance).
• Manages installed base tools warranty within the allocated reserves cost (resolves and escalates any tool down\\\\\\\' situations).
• Ensures appropriate safety practices among the FSEs and PSEs.
• Resource allocation, development and recruitment.
• Manages contract workforce.
• Overall customers satisfacton in terms of field support.
• Identify and pursue service agreement business in conjunction with Sales.
• Manage Service contracts in terms of execution, profitability, enhancements and cost reduction programs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Science in Technical Discipline (e.g. Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Chemistry.
• At least 7-8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of semi-conductor business and markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Results-oriented with a high degree of self motivation.
• Ability to lead.
• Independent and team player.
