Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issue.
- Perform Tier III process qualification on assigned projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off.
- Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers.
- Co-ordinate customer presentation through Account and Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Education:
This position is in the Solar Business Group.
- BS or equivalent.
- 1-3 experience of the relevant job field required.
- Relatively moderate professional skills required.
- Creation of KM/TKM with innovation.
Required Performance and Tech/Job Skills:
- Customer Service.
- Teamwork.
- Communication skills.
- Engineering knowledge.
- Process knowledge.
- Ability to initiate and sustain a general English conversation.
