Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving Solar business in Germany, the major tasks in that position are :
- Identification of customer requirements, conversion into specifications, analysis of risks and creation of additional offer.
- Managing of sales negotiations.
- Absolute compliance with the defined budgets.
- Setting up and implementation of the divisional strategies.
- Ensures accurate and timely booking status of all sales opportunities pending monitors if necessary and expedites progress toward quarterly and annual sales commitments.
- Represents AMAT\\\'s interests in customer negotiations, conducts follow-up on accounts receivable resulting from sales.
- Implementation and compliance with quality management policies.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- University / technical degree (BS, Master or equivalent).
- > 5 years experience in Sales - Solar experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and Inter-personal skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with customers.
- Possess a thorough understanding of sales skills and tactics and has a demonstrated use of these skills in the past.
- Strong operational background with good understanding of business processes.
- Positive attitude in conflict management, incl. appropriate escalation handling.
- Forecasting, determination of sales plans and execution.
- Understand the AMAT business processes.
- Fluent in English oral and written - German language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel - domestic and abroad.
