Required Knowledge and Experience:
BS degree, and 10+ years of experience in a high tech marketing environment, or equivalent, and Must have 5+ years of related experience on AMAT products.
Job Specific Knowledge and Experience:
This position is in the Solar Business Group. BS in a technical discipline. Customer facing marketing experience. Excellent communication skills. Team player.
Responsibilities:
Compiles all information for complex Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with occasional review by management on particularly difficult RFQs. Gives relevant, insightful input in account strategy meeting. Prepares and presents complex technical presentations to customers without management assistance. Champions complex new option releases which have significant impact to organization for customers. Conducts source inspections as well as deal with critical issues that arise. Complies and completes complex quotation without management assistance. Fundamental part of booth scheduling at trade shows. Gives input for master schedule planning. Gives data critical for accurate forecasting for booking and billing. Qualifies, schedules, and conducts demos, visits, and source inspections. Gathers data and recommends determination of pricing/discount structure on products.
