Demonstrate ability in Human Resources Management and Leadership. Requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Oracle BOM, Oracle ECO, FRACAS.
Job Specific Knowledge and Experience: This position is in the Solar Business Group.
8+ years related experience to include 6+ years demonstrated supervisory / leadership experience. M.S. level degree in a related engineering discipline or an MBA
Demonstrated success in organizing and managing multiple projects with successful results.
Responsibilities: Develops project plan and oversees the project from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Maintain matrix for process improvements.Responsible for managing project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.Manages allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project. Initiates and manages capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Prepares request for quotes (RFQ).
Manages cost schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide. Provides technical leadership to team members to achieve project goals.
Serves as primary supplier contact. Determine multi-group CIP impact.Interfaces and coordinates with customers to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.Provides project status. Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution. Leads completion of the in-use and final sign-off (FSO) milestones with all parties.Manages employees (direct reports or matrixed reports); contributes to effective performance management, employee development and retention. Manages the outsourcing, designing, documenting, and delivering of test fixtures to Manufacturing or a Contract Manufacturer. Assures overall fixture quality and safety.
