Indeotec builds and delivers thin film deposition equipment for manufacturing of solar photovoltaic cells. The company specializes in the design and integration of PECVD reactors, PVD reactors, vacuum system, very high frequency plasma excitation, system automation and conception and realization of specific monitoring equipment for plasma analysis, gas depletion and powder detection.

Indeotec is a company driven by innovation, technology and committed to providing practical and top quality solutions that save time and improve the transfer of technology in the solar PV cells segment. Our staff is comprised of a team of talented and experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of thin films and solar PV.

As part of our company expansion, we are looking for R-D project manager with direct report to CEO.

-          You have a Phd in physics or micro-electronics or equivalent

-          You have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position

-          You have a dual profile PV cell device / plasma technology

-          You have an extensive knowledge of cell devices optimisation and manufacturing steps

-          You have an extensive knowledge of plama process technologies such as PECVD and PVD

-          You have an entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility

-          Manage and drive assigned projects

-          Accountability with regard to quality and timing of projects

-          Build relationship with customers and research institutes

-          Initiate, participate and manage CTI and EU projects

-          Work closely with engineering and sales

Remark : This position shall evolve to R-D director position.
