PJSC Semiconductor Plant, based in Zaporozhye, Ukraine, is a subsidiary of Activ Solar with Polysilicon production history dating back to 1964. Activ Solar develops, finances and realizes large-scale solar energy projects combining world-class expertise, strategic partnerships with cutting edge technology. Location:      Ukraine, Zaporozhye and Kyiv

·         Ramp factory to ~4000t/yr of poly Si capacity;

·         Implement value add steps i.e. mono and multi ingot production;

·         Define expansion plan with respect to quality, product portfolio and volume;

·         Define and drive efficiency projects to reduce cost/kg of produced product;

·         Establish training of modern management methods for key staff.   

·         Knowledge of modern management tools, i.e. SPC, quality management, zero failure manufacturing, lean 6 sigma;

·         Fluent in English; preferably also in Russian/Ukrainian

·         Diploma/PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering;

·         ≥ 5 yrs experience in operating functions (production and/or engineering of manufacturing – ideally of Poly Si/Mono Si or related technical products;

·         ≥ 1 yr experience in international company, preferable abroad.
