Our Client is looking for -

HEAD TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT, PV Powerplants - Germany, Berlin Area

• Head of the engineering department

• Basic and executive engineering of solar PV power plants in the MW range

• Tender and negotiation of construction contracts

• Construction supervision and quality management during the construction phase

• Support of project development department during project acquisition phase

• Plant optimization and technology strategies

• Regular reporting and preparation of decision papers

• University degree in electrical engineering

• Min 5 years of professional experience in executive engineering, design and construction of low

and medium voltage power systems; PV experience welcome

• Ability to work and communicate in an international environment in different countries

• Pronounced interpersonal abilities; good verbal and written communication skills also on intercultural level

• Analytical adjustment; dynamic, autonomous, result-orientated and creative personality

• Profound experience in managing several projects simultaneously

• Willingness to frequent travel

• Fluent German and English in speaking and writing, preferably third and fourth language

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software applications
