To strengthen our Widen/AG team (15 min from Zurich) in our steadily growing Corporate Industry Business Unit, we are looking for a

 

Market Field Engineer (Solar)

 

You will be responsible for providing technical support to key customers in the solar market and for servicing and advising local Sika companies worldwide. Customer visits for supporting sales and providing technical training are also part of this job.

 

Further duties will include preparing application guidelines and other technical literature, evaluation of test results, coordination of specification and certification processes as well as writing reports.

 

Further duties include adopting and implementing new technical applications, technical interpretation of customer and market requirements and initiation of new developments in the area of adhesive and sealant applications.

 

For this interesting and demanding position, the ideal candidate will have a degree in

materials science, joining techniques, mechanical engineering or similar. You will already have experience in the area of solar module production, installation or the use of adhesives and sealants. Good negotiation skills in English and preferable in German are required. We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, driven individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to think and act analytically. Your open minded and social character completes your profile.
