The company is looking for an experienced solar services Program Manager, who is seeking a challenging opportunity to build-out, manage and oversee its solar services group. This position will be responsible and accountable for implementing and carrying out the goals and objectives of the group by recruiting the right individuals and subsequently managing the high performance team. This position reports directly to the head of CertainTeed's solar initiatives and is responsible for creating an environment that fosters a high level of performance identifiable with world class organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Staffing, creating and managing a team which will perform all services required to support our customers in selling, designing, and financing of our residential and commercial solar products
- Ability to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
- Oversee start-up operation - including development of ground floor procedures for proposal generation and rebate processing
- Ensure top tier customer service and develop/ improve the administrative/business processes for the Solar Services Group
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of each rebate program in the jurisdictions in which the CertainTeed is commercializing its solar products
- Responsibility for revenue associated with rebate collection and solar services fees
- Responsibility for expenses associated with the operation of the solar services group
Industry Knowledge and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field Preferred
- 2 -4 years of Solar Industry experience and knowledge essential
- Proven experience in leading and overseeing a staff that manages a high volume of transactions
- Proven ability to multi-task and delegate work
- Ability to Understand Rebate and Solar Code requirements
- Working knowledge of Solar Installation and System techniques
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Large corporate environment experience and willingness to travel and relocate a plus
