Position: Senior Manager for Business Management (Europe)

Report to: VP-SES

Location: Europe

 

Main responsibilities:

 

1.        Planning and programming

-     Execute of preparation for organisation’s annual, quarterly, monthly  

       business plan and organise the implementation.

-     Audit underling the work plan and supervise, examine the implementation

       status.

2.        Extending SES core competency in Europe.

-          Establish business relationships/partner for SES project within or outside Europe

-          Establish project team partners to implement assigned project with necessary tools/documentations.

3.        Responsibility

-          Take charge of SES business development overall. Implement KAM system and lead total customer relationship management.

-          Develop network/partnership with utilities, authorities for grid-connection approval in Europe. Establish company advantages in delivery, project implementation, service and project management.

-          Review the project contract, develop or prepare the tender documents of engineering system project or tender work.

-          Supervision of payment withdraws from customers.

 

 

Requirements:

 

1.        Bachelor degree or above with over 5 years of business or related experience.

2.        Professional, integrity, honesty, rigorous, practical.

3.        Has strong capabilities of learning, innovation, coordination, organization,  

            comprehensive analysis and information gathering.

4.        Proficiency in English reading and writing and knowledge of other European  

             languages is preferred.

       5.  Candidate with solar engineering is preferred.
