Position Type: Full-time

1.      Develop and implement the strategy of government affairs, industry associations and media relations.

2.      Lead and contribute to advocacy and communications campaigns with stakeholders in the government agencies, industrial associations and the media.

3.      Build networks of stakeholders and contacts in the administrative bodies, think tanks, learned societies and media.

4.      Provide strategic and tactical government affairs and public relations consultation and support to the CEO and senior management team.

5.      Close coordination and cooperation with marketing team to enhance the image of the company.

6.      Promote the business development of the company in cooperation with the business units.

7.      Other duties as required by the Global VP for Public Affairs to the position.

1.      3-5 years experience in public affairs and government relations in Europe

2.      Excellent business understanding and experience from a multi-cultural business environment

3.      Strong experience in integrating public affairs and strategic communication/PR

4.      Background from public affairs function, legislative advisor, industry association or as external advisor/consultant – experience from a government body will be a plus.

5.      Experience with energy and PV industry will be a plus

6.      Relevant master’s degree e.g. in political science or business administration

7.      Strategic and global mindset – combined with the hands-on ability to execute

8.      Analytical and methodical approach

9.      Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
