| TITLE: PV Procurement Manager |

| Objective |
| To guarantee the most appropriate technical, commercial, contractual & financial standards in PV procurement |

| Reporting line |
| The position reports to the Engineering Director , Solar Power. |

| |
| Responsibilities |
| - To maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the global PV supplier market and PV components supply chain, including present and future technical and financial trends in these markets. |
| - To interface closely with design, procurement and construction teams in RES-MED, RES-A and RES-Group |
| - To ensure best use and best practice for PV projects as well as a consistent approach to design, procurement and engineering activities. |
| - To participate in developement of RES wide PV procurement strategy to achieve cost effective, technologically appropriate, timely component supplies. |
| - To prepare procurement contracts and to participate in supply contract negotiations |
| - To maintain permanent and in depth knowledge of PV component specifications, manufacturing and testing standards as well as design and construction practices. |

| * To follow and implement QSE processes |
| * To make sure appropriate QSE procedures are respected by suppliers |
| * To contribute to the continuous improvement process with the Solar Engineering department |
| |
| Required Qualifications and Experience |
| Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent with a renewable energy, preferably solar, focus. |
| A minimum of 5 years in the PV industry. |
| Knowledge of PV technologies and BOS components specifications essential. |
| Good knowledge of global manufacturing, testing and installation standards and practices. |
| Excellent report writing and presentation skills. |
| Very good negotiation skills |
| Fluent English and French |
| Self starter, with great interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team environment |
