Finance Controller based in Shanghai

 

We are looking for Chinese, willing to work in Shanghai with frequent travels to ChangZhou (HQ).

 

Preferably with ACCA, CPA & Big 4 experience

 

Main Responsibilities

 

1) Management and controlling on cost control, internal control and account team.

2) Conduct risk assessment of acquired Project, screen customer finance status.                                                          

3) Take charge of financial affairs and financial management.

4) According to strategic plan, set the finance target, investment solution, capital operation, finance management and internal audit.

5) Conduct finance planning, reporting, analysis and controlling based on business process.

6) Optimize the finance management system, complete accurate accounting system and consolidation.

7) Participate in setting the business plan and provide finance analysis and proposal; based on the business plan, prepare finance budget and supervise the execution.

8) Closely cooperate with internal audit and legal counsel team.

9) Accurately control and predict cash flow, unified management and capital operation, as well as risk control and cost control.

Position Requirements

 

Educational qualification:           

Bachelor majoring in accounting, or finance related

 

Language:                                          

Fluent English, spoken and written

                                                                                                                                  

Professional Experience:                                                           

Must have 5 years post qualification experience in a blue chip manufacturing environment

                                                                                                                              
In-depth experience in finance control

Experience with publicly traded Western company is an advantage
