Sales Manager (France Belgium Italy)

 

Our client is a well recognized company in the Solar industry and has expanded into ingot, wafer, solar cell and module production. This expansion has only been possible because of their focus on quality and strong support from great customers worldwide.

 

They are one of the few PV manufacturers who are building a fully integrated business model from ingots to module manufacturing. This vertically integrated business model enables continuous quality control at every stage of the production chain providing better service to end customers, as well as improving competitiveness.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, maintaining and developing sales forecasts for allocated reseller accounts. He/she will also be expected to work across the organization coordinating pre-sales, professional services and support resources to drive successful solutions for resellers. Key features of this role include:

 

- Manage resellers including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting and qualifications through negotiations, signing the deal to post-sales support;

- Measure, monitor, and manage reseller sales performance and provide the updates to the service lines;

- Develop and execute the reseller account strategy that clearly defines how the company will help the client grow and differentiate itself;

- Participate and coordinate the appropriate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients;
- Responsible for driving revenue, profit and client satisfaction for resellers;

- Negotiate and close terms and conditions of agreements to deliver win-win solution for both resellers and company;

- Represent the resellers to communicate their needs to relevant departments in the organisation.

 

 

Experience:

 

- Minimum Bachelor level, preferred MBA level;

- Good Knowledge of International Business Practices (Logistics and Payments Terms & Conditions);

- Good Solar Market Knowledge and Environment - commercial experience with pv module applications in the field required;

- Sales/business development experience in B2B environment; Analytical skills;

- Experience in multimillion euro contract negotiation;

- Experience in partner account management processes; Negotiation Skills;

- Experience in technical sales;

- Strategic Account Management Skill & Profitable Development of the Business Relationship

- Excellent communications skills in English;

- The successful candidate is creative, highly motivated and has a strong desire and passion to develop their knowledge of the renewable energy business.
